Top O' the Morning to ya...

Well sure now...top o' the morning to you.  Today is St. Patricks Day, a day to be celebrated by all with awee bit of the Irish in them.
Ode to Saint Patrick...

Ode to Partick they say he's a Saint,
Lived in Britannia and Irish he ain't...
As a boy tis said, he did not study,
Nearly drove his grandfather nutty.
He was kidnapped at just sixteen years old,
Sold to a Chief, herded sheep in the cold.
Escaped one day, went out to sea,
Returned to home, now he was free.
He received a letter one fine day,
Word from the Irish, he felt he should pray.
Daily faced captivity, murder and fraud,
Never once did consider this odd...
Forgave those who, persecuted him,
Became loved by all, a special friend.
