Celebrate the Season

It's that time of the year where we gather together and celebrate what we are thankful for with family and friends.  We may share a meal delicious meal together and reminisce about old memories with grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.

This time of year is a magical one for children.  They make their gift list for Santa and try to behave for what seems like an enormous amount of time.

The library is going to help kick off the season by hosting our annual "Celebrate the Season" on Saturday, November 26th.  Join us at 1 PM for some wonderful holiday music performed by Wendy Morgan.  Then gather outside of the library for the arrival of Santa at two o'clock and the lighting of the village tree in Elm Court with Mayor Smolinski.  Santa will make his way into the library along with Roselle's very own Rose Queen, Grace Biernacki.  Inside children can visit and take pictures with both of our special guests.

At 3 PM, Santa will continue the celebration as he leads the Cocoa Crawl along Main Street.  Each
participant will receive a Cocoa Crawl passport sheet to have stamped at the participating businesses.

The Saturday after Thanksgiving is nationally known as "Small Business Saturday," so help celebrate the wonderful small businesses that call Roselle home and make some new holiday memories with your family and the Roselle Public Library!
