January Programs!
I certainly hope you had a great New Years Eve! Youth Services is gearing up for an active January. Let me tell you some of the great program offerings we will be having throughout the month.

Mrs. A is leading Kreative Kids on January 11 from 4:30-5:15. Listen to stories about "Sea Creatures" and make crafts to take home. Registration begins, Tuesday, January 2nd. Don't miss this monthly program for children in grades K-2.
Don't know what to do on your day January 15th off from school? Drop by for Lego My Lego! Come use your imagination to build and design your own creation from 12-2 PM. Then display it for everyone to appreciate!
Is writing and illustrating right up your alley? Then join Mrs. A for What's Up With Kids and get your work published. Come to the meeting on January 18 from 6:30-7:30 PM and brainstorm ideas to write about. In the past, people have created poems, wrote short stories or a review on a movie or book. Be as creative as you can be!
Last but not least, don't forget to participate in Books 'N Cooks. If you love to cook, team up with Miss Lorette for some interesting stories and create a scrumptious food concoction connected to one of the books. Sounds yummy, doesn't it? Reserve your spot for the January 31st program that goes from 4-4:45 PM.
