Summer Programs for Families

Looking for fun ways to keep the kids occupied this summer?  The library is here to help!  New this year is a program called "Morning Explorers."  We are excited to invite your family to this hands-on program which provides you with unique experiences both inside and outside the library. Some topics will include dinosaurs, fire trucks, tower building challenges and many more.  Registration for this program is required, so don't delay and sign up today!

On Monday afternoons beginning June 10th, come in and enjoy
making a craft project.  Each week will feature a different craft from 2-4 PM.  So bring in your creativity and craft the afternoon away.  This is a drop-in program, so everyone is welcome!

We are not done yet!  Entertainment galore is available on Thursday afternoons!  Robin's Dog Stars will join us on Thursday, June 13 from 1-2 PM.  These canines will amaze and astonish you with the tricks they can do!  Kids love animals so why not bring them on June 20th for the program, Incredible Bats!  Meet live bats and leave a bunch of facts about these nocturnal creatures!  Then on June 27, come watch a puppet show by Melikin Puppets on "Slightly Fractured Fairy Tales."  Please register for these programs as seating is limited.
